This is to notify you that the DOB modification on my NIN 23896303800 I applied for on the 12/09/2024 with Tracking number BTVX172617615RZ was processed wrongly ,the initial DOB was 27/09/1980 instead of 29/07/1980,

despite submitted the necessary document ( NPC Attestation Letter, Voters card, and an Affidavit letter.) as requested which they all indicated the correct DOB.
