The last meeting for our Healing Circle workshop series designed for childcare providers will be on September 5th at 2pm. Our parent workshop will also be held on the same day starting at 3:30pm available for both parents and childcare workers to attend. Join us September 5th!

At last Saturday’s healing circle, childcare providers discussed how stress affects the brain, how to recognize signs of burn out, as well as learning healthy coping strategies to support their overall well being.
