We’re excited to partner with Renewed Performance to help athletes move better, recover faster, and perform at a higher level.
Their movement assessment identifies mobility restrictions, stability weaknesses, and injury risks to help athletes stay healthy and ready to compete.
Together, we are helping lead the forefront of arm care and athletic performance development for athletes across Kentucky. Movement assessments fees are $50 and take approximately 20–30 minutes.
