Did anyone notice this HUGE lorry in Penarth town centre yesterday? It tried to deliver the new roof for the Penarth Physiotherapy Practice & Pilates Studios redevelopment but the lorry was so big, it couldn’t get close enough! 🙄 Logistics company, commence Plan B 👍😁

Representing @Cymru last weekend was an incredible experience & a great honour. The 2025 >50’s Home Nations was hosted by @EnglandVetsFc A great team of @WalesVets players & staff finished runners up by a point losing 2-0 to Scotland but beating NI 3-0 & beating England 2-1 ⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Full on day of sport today 😅
Started with 3.5 hours of tennis as @penarthwindsor hosted @BridgendTennis 🎾 Very narrow team loss; personally beat 3rds 6-1 6-2 but lost v 1sts 6-2 3-6 10-6. Straight to Newport for Newport >50’s v @FcContinental ⚽️ Won 5-4 & scored 2 goals 💪😁

Great weekend of sport personally last week winning the @penarthwindsor >40’s Men’s Doubles Championship on Saturday & scoring for @FcContinental in a 7-0 win v Cwmbran on Sunday which sees us finish 2nd to @LlanelliV in the >50’s @WalesVets league 💪😁🎾⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
