@Honda How many Honda employees have been without their cars since 12/16/2021? Worst customer service ever! More concerned about new owners than current owners!

@Honda If Honda is still manufacturing new cars, then why are parts on backorder for current owners?? Need part #36803TNY-A02 to fix my car after an encounter with a deer on 12/16/2021. Part ordered 12/28/2021, first promised by 1/10/22, then 2/2/22 then 3/6/22, now 4/6/22.
