When institutional capital finally rotates out of AI, chip stocks, and SpaceX ($SPCX), where does the smart money flow next?
1. Crypto
2. Quantum Computing
3. Nuclear and Energy
4. Robotics
What's the next major cycle?
Drop your thesis with tickers below.
If you had to pick ONE quantum computing stock for the next 5 years, which one are you buying?
$IONQ (Trapped-ion)
$RGTI (Superconducting)
$QBTS (Annealing)
$QNT (Ion-trap)
$INFQ (Neutral atom)
$XNDU (Photonics)
$IBM (Superconducting)

@TeamPhotonic The quantum race is heating up and migration to PQC is going to take years. Just one company needs to succeed to challenge our cryptographic foundations. Funding is increasing and AI is accelerating progress across the board. Now is the time to take migration seriously.
Modular silicon spin quantum computing that's scalable with photonics is what @TeamPhotonic is building. Their entangled first distributed path has the potential for speed and scalability.
A serious contender in the quantum race.

@BSCNews@coinbase Could take years, but some started years ago. It's possible to skip the uncertainty entirely with $QRL. No messy migrations, no burn vs steal debate....just uncompromised crypto with quantum resistance and ethos intact.
@nicrypto Totally agree. Increased funding and AI changes the landscape entirely. Will be interesting to see how crypto responds. Not to mention rushing migration to PQC will create a ton of bugs.
@MilkRoad Makes sense. But also tokenizing that gold could create a frictionless, instant settlement layer that completely bypasses the dollar. With tokenized assets, we may come full circle by returning to a hyper-efficient barter economy powered by code.
Another quantum computing report from @coinbase. CRQC timelines are uncertain and the time to prepare is now and quickly passing.
$QRL has been preparing for years and skips the uncertainty all together. No burn vs steal debate. Ethos intact.

@TheWattenhofer It's not the only practical effect. Quantum computers will be useful for many things and current levels of investment is a reflection of that. And from the atomic bomb came nuclear energy. Same progress will happen with quantum. But yeah, start migrating now.
@nicrypto Spiraling debt, high inflation, heavy financial surveillance (ironically from AI), and debanking will bring the narrative back to crypto. It’s all cycles and capital will rotate.
Looks like @Atom_Computing is making some progress as well. Scott Aaronson even commented "This looks like exciting progress toward fault-tolerance for neutral-atom quantum computers".
Atom is working with @Microsoft and @Cisco to move quantum forward.

@ercwl@danboneh He compares the quantum race to flight. There's one major difference, and that's how AI will accelerate quantum progress. As smart as Dan Boneh is, he may be underestimating the AI impact on quantum progress. For example, Majorana 2 was significantly accelerated by AI.
@TrustlessState If you're looking for interesting tech, check out $QRL. Legit PQ project. QRL 2.0 will be PoS with a hard cap, making it more appealing as "money". The QRVM is currently being audited by Trail of Bits.
How many more quantum companies need roadmaps before 2030 for people to stop saying "it's decades away". This is coming and it's coming sooner than people realize.
According to @Microsoft, Majorana 2 progress was enabled by AI and has cut their timeline in half for delivering a scalable quantum computer by 2029.
Looks like $IONQ might have some competition from $MSFT.

"With this progress, the team now expects to achieve a scalable quantum computer by 2029, cutting its original timeline in half."
Looks like they leaned heavily into AI to speed things up.
Now is the time to prepare with PQC.
