Both should care more about giving clear, precise answers and policies rather then their opponents credibility and sincerity.

I'd imagine the companies would at least have to provide a safe website with access to these Rom's to list what functions and what is legal if they truly have no plans for any re-releases.

@JuiceMan_V @BradlyOverrated @Anime_Dingo @NintendoAmerica They should really change the law about how long a gaming franchise or a particular game can remain untouched before it enters the Public domain, these intellectual property laws are ridiculous and don't incentivize these companies to make use of their IP's.
