@lyft I took a ride on 28th feb and there are 2 posted charges on my credit card for tthe same amount from lyft. Your app is not able to connect me to any support agent plus you guys do not have any support email.

@drm_dli @RailwaySeva The incoming train 20451 was delayed only by 30 mins. Also, how come @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva is not aware and keep on delaying it. Atleast do not reschedule it multiple times. People are sitting at the platform in winters.

Train number 20452 keeps on rescheduling without any prior intimation to the passengers. Reached PF expecting train to be at 7:10 PM, train rescheduled to run at 9:30.
Now rescheduled for 11:45 AM. Pathetic experience.

@VirginAtlantic They say since the flight operated as scheduled, I am not eligible for any compensation. Issue is only my ticket was cancelled and I was not informed about any reason for this cancellation.

@VirginAtlantic I had to fly from New Delhi to Calgary via london and toronto on 20th April 2025. My booking was cancelled by VA without any proper explanation. I need a detailed reason for this cancellation to claim compensation from my credit card.

Hi @VirginAtlantic, my ticket (PNR: ETK5E6) for flights.on Apr 20 - DEL to LHR (VS301), LHR to YYZ (VS147), and YYZ to YYC (VS8017) - was cancelled. However, it seems these flights operated as scheduled. Can you please confirm why my ticket was cancelled?

My flights on Apr 20 - DEL to LHR (VS301), LHR to YYZ (VS147), and YYZ to YYC (VS8017) - all show as cancelled. Can you please confirm the reason for these cancellations? I need official info for my credit card claim. Thanks!
