So good to see finally REAL Petroleum Minister countering propoganda with facts over E20 instead of someone who doesn't have any authority to speak on issue related to Petroleum Ministry.

The @FinSkeptics has busted the propaganda around the so-called “missing” ₹54,000 crore from the CAG report, which some people are foolishly calling corruption.

₹54,282 crore worth of utilisation certificates were pending.
That is a pending documentation issue. State governments or autonomous bodies have these funds and they have to send the UCs.
Also, the oldest pending certificate dates back to 1985–86, so portraying the entire ₹54,282 crore as money that the Modi government recently “spent and cannot account for” is misleading.
