- Getting the Work Done
- Maintaining Healthy Habits
- Doing Meditation/Reading every day.
Focus on the Input; output will follow.
Reframe YOUR negative mindset.

-I don't know - I'll find out.
-It's too hard - it's a challenge.
-I'm not good at it - I can get better.
-I'm too old - It's never too late.
