As the founding engineer you'll own core exchange infra end-to-end.

Looking for:
+ 5+ yrs architecting serious production systems (C++, Rust)
+ Raw intellectual horsepower (ex: built something substantial from scratch, top competition rank, etc.)
+ Prior experience in high-performance financial software (trading, payments, exchanges) a big plus
+ Incredibly high agency and conscientiousness
