@Flipkart@SBICard_Connect Both companies should be ashamed of this experience! I demand a proper investigation, a clear explanation, and a resolution. Stop making customers run between you. Take responsibility and resolve this immediately! #Flipkart#SBICard

@Flipkart@SBICard_Connect On 8th Oct, I purchased an MK watch on Flipkart on EMI using my SBI Credit Card. EMI was approved, but today SBI informed me that the EMI conversion was cancelled due to โretailer insufficient balance.โ What is going on? ๐งต๐

My EMI was approved at the time of purchase. Why was it cancelled later? These contradictory explanations raise serious concerns about transparency. Stop passing the blame and give customers a clear answer! @Flipkart@SBICard_Connect

I bought this MK watch at a much lower price, and now the price has increased. Is the cancellation related to the lower price I paid? Is Flipkart avoiding honouring the deal? If not, explain why! Shame, shame! @Flipkart

When I contacted SBI, they blamed Flipkart. When I contacted Flipkart, they blamed SBI, claiming their system clearly shows SBI cancelled the EMI. Both companies are blaming each other, and the customer is suffering!
3- This is the SECOND time Iโm facing the same issue. Absolutely pathetic service. Resolve this immediately and stop harassing customers for your mistakes! @Flipkart@flipkartsupport
Hello @Flipkart@FlipkartSupport,
1- I ordered Bata loafers, which were delivered yesterday evening. Due to quality issues and excessive shine, I initiated a return. The pickup guy collected the parcel this morning but called me an hour later, saying he was returning it because
2- the article number didnโt match and asked me to contact customer care.
I returned the exact same parcel that Flipkart delivered to me! Why should I suffer because of your mistake? @flipkartsupport@Flipkart assholes
Simply acknowledging the problem isnโt enough. Customers pay for reliable service, not repeated apologies. Please provide a concrete solution and a clear timeline instead of asking me to wait indefinitely. @ViCustomerCare@JioCare
Sunita, if Vi cannot provide proper network coverage in my area and has no plans to improve it, should I consider switching to Jio? Iโve been facing this issue since December and have raised multiple complaints, but there has been no proper resolution. @ViCustomerCare
@ViCustomerCare Why should customers continue paying for a service that doesnโt work properly? I need a concrete solution, not repeated apologies and links to the Vi app. Please escalate this issue to the concerned team and provide a proper resolution timeline. @ViCustomerCare
1- Hello @ViCustomerCare, I humbly request your attention. For almost a month, Iโve been raising complaints through X and customer care, but there has been no proper response.
@ViCustomerCare Sunita, this response is disappointing. Youโve acknowledged that my location has inadequate network coverage, yet your solution is simply to say that no new site is planned. Iโve been facing this issue since December and have raised multiple complaints, but nothing has improved.
4- One small request: If anyone from Vi calls me regarding this issue, please speak to me in Hindi. It would be better and easy for me to fire badwords.. @ViCustomerCare
2- Iโve been facing network issues since December. Every alternate month, I have to raise a complaint, and although the network improves for a month, the same issue returns again. @ViCustomerCare
I honestly donโt know what the issue is with @ViCustomerCare. Almost every alternate month, I have to register a complaint because the internet keeps dropping. It works fine for a month or so, and then the same problem starts again.
Iโm tired of repeatedly raising complaints for the same issue. Please investigate the actual cause and provide a permanent solution instead of temporarily fixing it every time. @ViCustomerCare
