@British_Airways can not get through on your customer service lines all day. Staff at the airport said must call to amend booking. How can customers reach you?
@vintedUK Really! I’ve been messaging your help centre for two months chasing my package which was delivered to wrong address and you refuse to help or compensate!! You won’t even send me your CEO’s email or legal representative.
Warning - do not ship with @YodelOnline! They delivered our Christmas parcel to a completely wrong address. After weeks of calls, they finally contacted responsible driver who admitted to delivering to wrong address. Nothing more done. No refund or parcel. #Yodel#MerryChristmas
@vinted my package never arrived. @YodelOnline driver took to a complete stranger at a different building shown by delivery photography and tracking. Vinted washing hands of all responsibility, claiming after 48 hours they don’t care. Terrible customer service!
