22th/May/2026 I did complete this replacement process, all receipts submitted, I went back the centre on 30th/Jun/2026 after being informed by you here on X that I should repeat the process which I did. After one month you told me the same I went back to the centre @NIRA_Ug

@NIRA_Ug you have to be the worst institution in uganda. Imagine it took me just afew days to get my driving permit way back with the @UDLSOfficial I did renew my permit just with no waste of time it was promptly. Internal Affairs for passports has improved. But @NIRA_Ug worst

@NIRA_Ug It's a good step but it doesn't make even sense. You dial the ussd it prompts "action required" what does that mean. You visit the centre they tell you the process is well. I have wasted alot of time in this process you claim to take weeks for replacement. Worst experience, ussd
