VISIONARY LEADERS CAPTURE THE GLORY OF THE FUTURE IN THE PRESENT AND SECURE THE PROSPERITY OF SUCCESSIVE GENERATIONS.

Prior to my 2024 campaign launch, I put together a Manifesto Team and made a deliberate decision to document our promises as a social contract with the people. We named it ‘Adzorgbe’, which means The Pledge.
One of the bold and unconventional commitments was the MP’s Quarterly Accountability Series. Some team members proposed a biannual approach, and they made a strong case. However, we chose quarterly engagements because we believed it would enforce a higher level of accountability.
That decision has proven effective. The event itself is not the most important part. What matters is what happens in between.
From one session to the next, we are constantly pushing, chasing opportunities, and solving problems so we do not repeat the same issues raised previously. It keeps us on edge. The team and I are always moving, never satisfied, never complacent. We operate with the mindset that more can always be done.
Last Saturday, as I reflected on our work, it was clear we have made progress, but there is still significant ground to cover, especially in job creation and road infrastructure.
Some of the questions asked awakened something new in us, from young to old, the people are passionate about what matters to them.
The team is already back at work. In the next three months, we will return with stronger results.
Dear young leaders,Never fold, Never bend.
Define your own standards.!!!

DON'T LET ANYONE DUMP THEIR GARBAGE ON YOU!!
- By Joel Osteen
One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were driving on the inner lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. I mean, he was really friendly.
So I asked, “Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!” This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, “The Law of the Garbage truck.”
He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they’ll dump it on you.
Don’t take it personally. Just smile, wave, and wish them well, say a prayer for them and move on. Don’t take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets. The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day.
Love the people who treat you right. Forgive the ones who don’t.
We’re not always responsible for everything that happens to us, but we are responsible for how we react to what happens. Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!
Have a blessed day, Greetings from the beautiful city of Tamale.
