I am having scooter issue problem from 3-4 days. I gave the scooter at service center on 17th August. I visited today to check my scooter status but till they haven't done anything and saying MCU parts is not available now will take more 4 days.

I have completed a ride on 21st Jan 2024, CRN 8007501208. I have gave the total ride amount of Rs 449/- by Cash to the driver. But after that it showing in my ola app to pay the same amount through ola aap which i already paid to the driven.
Pls solve it.

What is this ola???? Kab mera issue solve hoga yar.??. 10 bar apke executive se call aaya hai but koi ek jaan bhi visit nhi kiye hai mere complaint ko solve kar ne ke liye.

I am unable to raise a complaint since 6-7 days.
My front headlight part is vibrating so hardly like it may fall down at any moment. Whole headlight part has damaged badly.

And also i m having battery drop issue since 2-3 months. I tired raising complaint but it always show that all slots are booked for next few days.

Pls do take necessary action as soon as possible.

Or else i will fill a complaint in consumer court.
