This is the largest number of interns to start in NSW public hospitals to date, & includes 11 Aboriginal interns, & 145 interns for rural hospitals across the state.

- Be organised
- Pay attention to detail
- Remember others’ names
- Its not “work” if you love what you do!
- Be kind to one other & yourselves
- Communicate clearly & close the loop
- Do common things uncommonly well
- “Only Handle It Once”
