@marsybelie and I are on our way to a conference about animals at @USN_info in Bø. We will give a presentation about a population of wild foxes living in a prison area. An unexpected and intriguing variable in my fieldwork about health in prison.

I will be delivering my presentation on my recent project, the English prison health system after a decade of austerity @JUSiOslo, University of Oslo today. Thank you @PRISONHEALTH1 for organising this talk. Look forward to a productive and engaging discussion on #prisonhealth
We started our day today with a breakfast seminar, presenting our research on health in prison and #healthyprisons. The seminar was fully booked, with an audience representing a range of fields who came to hear about our interdisciplinary research - something we are grateful for!
@jlothe from Wayback ended the seminar on a meaningful note about the value of cooperation between researchers and user organisations, and also how specific research from PrisUD has contributed to media attention to the problems of overdose and suicide in prison.
Hi friends 👋 Does anyone have any tips as to research/white papers on sexual health or sexuality in prison? Preferably from a positive” perspective, not only from that of risk/security.
Last week we presented the Prisonhealth Project to the Norwegian Ministry of Justice, together with other research projects at @IKRS_no. Grateful that they took the initiative to gain insights from current criminological research 😀
