@EurekaForbes Almost 10 days ago registered service requests. in spite of having AMC nothing has done.Mechanics came to visit but didn't know what to do.Repeatedly called customer care,but no action so far.buying water from the market daily. Is it the way to treat customers?

@JioCare @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani kindly upgrade ur 2G speed customer service to 5G. A complaint registered on 10th August that a fraud done by your support staff who fraudulently took money from me during the KYC process still not resolved.called several times with no effect.

@JioCare @reliancejio request the urgent resolution of my complaint regarding unauthorized charges collected during the KYC process for my Jio AirFiber connection.registered weeks ago and scheduled to be resolved by 13th September. However, no action has been taken so far.
