Happy Dinosaur Day! If you've been to the Museum in the past few days, you might have noticed a new dinosaur. Introducing our very own scale model of a Velifrons, a type of hadrosaur! It was made by Andrew Bovenzi, a recent graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.

You can see Cecil the Coelophysis again this Thursday in the Ithaca Festival Parade! If you would like to march with him, meet us on West Jay St (between Cayuga and Auburn) between 5:30 and 5:45 pm. To give Cecil enough time to get to the parade, the Museum will be closing at 4.
