Growth. Leadership. Impact.
We take a moment this Women's Month to highlight Altrigar Mukonde, whose journey with PRS 365 reflects the value of supporting women — stepping beyond her role as a Research Assistant to guide and support others in a supervisory capacity.
A true reflection that when women are supported, they lead.

A powerful persepective this Women’s Month from Pamela Bwalya, recently appointed Board Chair at PRS 365, on the impact of women in leadership.
Her message highlights the importance of creating opportunity and opening space for the next generation of women leaders — because progress happens when women are empowered to lead and their voices are valued.
We are honoured to have Pamela's leadership and guidance on the PRS 365 Board as we continue building an organisation that values impact, mentorship, and opportunity.

Data isn’t just numbers—it’s access.
Many women entrepreneurs in the informal economy work hard every day but remain invisible to traditional credit systems. With the right data, their real business patterns can be recognized—and opportunities can open.
At PRS, we use data analytics to help organizations make smarter, evidence-based decisions that expand access and unlock potential.
When women have access, communities thrive.
Learn more about how data can drive smarter decisions.

The ESG conversation seems one-sided, focused solely on corporate compliance. But true sustainability requires a two-way street. While businesses are rightly tasked with integrating ESG into their operations, a critical question remains: How can investors accurately assess these efforts?
At PRS, we recognize that sustainable investing is impossible without skilled investors. That's why we've developed unique, dual-path frameworks to de-mystify ESG for all players:
• For Businesses: Our framework provides a clear, actionable roadmap to seamlessly integrate ESG principles into your core operations, moving beyond tick-box compliance to genuine value creation.
• For Investors: We empower you with a robust ESG Due Diligence framework. Go beyond the glossy reports and assess the true sustainability and long-term viability of your potential investments.
Don't let ESG be a blind spot in your business or investment strategy. Partner with PRS to build a future where business practices and investment decisions are equally sustainable.
