Depression is not merely an emotional or mental state; it is a spiritual position. In this position, there are oracles from God you may never hear. When the soul is downcast, it tends to magnify troubles, drowning out God’s voice. This is why, like David, you must learn to speak yourself out of this state when you feel down.
Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. ( Psalm 42:5 NIV )

Don’t allow yourself to think self-pitying thoughts. Think about how blessed you are, not how mistreated you are. Don’t think about what people don’t do for you; instead focus on what they do for you. Because there's the power of creation in meditation.

Now we call on our airtime, you make adverts, sometimes you don't pick, so that we lose hope and trust, o what will you gain from it.

Go to church house, everyday that's you issue, we spend full day at your banks without our issues being resolved, if that time you would feed us

@UgEquityBank I wish you never asked us last year how your bank was doing, let me tell you, this year it is the worst bank in Uganda.
We have alot of issues but how can they take 2 and more months without being resolved.
It seems to me, you guys can't support your own selves

Now you got more money and our issues nolonger matter.
And why do you not put a toll free line to customers, because your have alot of issues, so you want to make it expensive for customers so that they may keep silent and you can't improve.
