@Delta I am shocked and extremely frustrated with the way your system handled my booking. I purchased tickets for myself and my 8-year-old child together, yet your system assigned us seats apart. How does it make any sense that a minor is placed away from their parent or guardian
This is not just inconvenient โ itโs careless and unacceptable. A child should never be seated separately from the adult they are traveling with, and your system should be intelligent enough to prevent such a situation automatically.
