Building a startup has changed the way I look at software.
I used to think the hardest part was building the product.
Now I think the hardest part is understanding how people actually work.
Features are easy to build.
Workflows take much longer to understand.
That's where the real product is.

Today: 37+ founder conversations, a live calculator, a Design Partner Program, and an Accuracy Proof Initiative.
Still early.
But one thing is clear: Cross-border commerce doesn't need more growth hacks.
It needs more trust.

@16vchq On cold start, I'm going supply-first with distinctive brands that bring their own buyers, so I'm not filling an empty marketplace alone. On ops, I'm not owning logistics, I'm orchestrating carriers + an EU operator who's already validated it. The trust layer is the wedge
Interesting contradiction: Many ecommerce brands can tell you their CAC down to the dollar.
Some can even predict lifetime value with impressive accuracy.
But ask for the exact landed cost of an international order before it ships..and things get much less certain.

@Andress69467567 The more I look at this space, the less I think landed cost is purely a calculation problem. A missed assumption can create a chain reaction far beyond the cost itself delays, customer experience issues, operational headaches, and margin impact.
