Ordered from @dominos_india at 9:34 PM and received the pizza at 10:40 PM (more than 1 hour later).

The pizza arrived very cold and the quality was poor, even though we had already prepared the money and were waiting.

This is really disappointing.

Ordered a pizza from @dominos_india at 9:34 PM and it’s already 10:34 PM.
The app still says “Being Baked” and promises delivery in 9 minutes.

Waiting over 1 hour for a pizza is unacceptable.

Why is the delivery cancelled just because the customer’s phone is unreachable, even though a full address is clearly mentioned in the order?
The delivery partner could have simply read the address and delivered the order.
