حامد اسماعیلیون در واکنش به تروریستی اعلام شدن سپاه پاسداران از سوی دولت کانادا پیامی تصویری منتشر و ضمن اشاره به نقش داشتن سپاه در سرکوب وحشیانه، ارعاب و شکنجه و شلیک به هواپیمای اوکراینی گفت این نهاد نه‌ تنها امنیت کشور و منطقه بلکه سراسر جهان را به هم ریخته است. اسماعیلیون گفت که باید از دولت کانادا، احزاب اپوزیسیون این کشور و فعالان ایرانی و غیرایرانی و ایرانیان داخل کشور که با شجاعت مقابل «این سازمان جهنمی» ایستادند تشکر کرد.

در هر شهری مزاری هست. در ایران و در جای جای دنیا. جمهوری اسلامی تا توانسته جان انسان‌های بی‌گناه را گرفته است و مزار قربانیان جنایات این دیکتاتوری فاسد و ویرانگر در سراسر دنیا پراکنده است.

یکشنبه هفتم ژانویه برابر با هفدهم دی‌ماه بر هر مزاری شاخه‌گلی خواهیم گذاشت.

پ.ن: در تورنتو این برنامه ساعت دو بعدازظهر از آرامگاه دارالسلام و مزار علی‌عسگر دیرانی (از جانباختگان کانادایی پرواز) آغاز می‌شود و پس از سر زدن به مزار جانباختگان دیگر پرواز در آرامگاه‌های دیگر به درخت یادبود ندا آقاسلطان و سهراب اعرابی در نزدیکی میدان مل‌لستمن ختم خواهد شد.

Two nights ago, my mother was on her way to Canada for the forth anniversary of the downing of flight #PS752. After checking her luggage and getting her boarding card at the airport, she was stopped by the IRGC post just before boarding her flight.

Her passport was confiscated and she was informed that she is banned from leaving the country. My mother’s insistence to learn why was futile and she was given a summons to the revolutionary court of Tehran.

This morning, and after several stops, including the passport office, she was sent to a certain location in downtown Tehran and was told: “You and your husband are banned from leaving the country for six months due to evidence available to the Intelligence Ministry.” She overheard a phone conversation between officials including a woman called Razavi, who was heard saying: “His parents are here but don’t tell them the real reason.”

Everyone might recall that two months ago, Ghazizade-Hashemi, the regime minister who was banned from Canada for three years threatened that he will retaliate after returning to Iran. I hereby inform the honourable ministers of Immigration, and Public Safety of Canada @MarcMillerVM @DLeBlancNB that if the cost of expelling all of the Islamic Regime’s operatives is retaliation against Iranian activists’ family members, I am more than willing to pay that price. Just expel them and restore safety to this country by doing so.

My parents are not responsible for my actions and words. They know all too well that threats or other actions against me will never affect my determination to pursue my path that I am on for justice. I tell the Islamic Regime, you might want to deny my parents’ right to see me or to stop my 73 year-old mother to visit her granddaughter and daughter-in-law’s grave as she has done so over the past four years since you murdered them, or to participate in the anniversary ceremonies. But I have no doubt that many more will take my mother’s place in Toronto and she too, will stand alongside our larger family of PS752 survivors, and the people of Iran, to commemorate that day. It tell that heinous regime; You will never see us relent or falter as we steadfastly await the day of reconning when you will be put on trial.

We will never forget, nor shall we ever forgive.

پریشب مادرم را که برای شرکت در چهارمین سالگرد سرنگون کردن پرواز PS752 به کانادا سفر می‌کرد بعد از تحویل بار و دریافت کارت پرواز، در گیت سپاه فرودگاه تهران متوقف کردند و او را به بازرسی فرودگاه بردند.

در آنجا پاسپورتش را توقیف کردند و گفتند ممنوع‌الخروج است و برای پیگیری ممنوع‌الخروجی باید به دادگاه انقلاب تهران برود. اصرارهای مادرم برای دانستن دلایل به جایی نمی‌رسد.

امروز صبح بعد از مراجعه به مکان‌های مختلف از جمله اداره‌ی گذرنامه، در جایی در مرکز تهران به مادرم می‌گویند «شما و همسرتان به دلیل مستنداتی که در اختیار وزارت اطلاعات است به مدت شش ماه ممنوع‌الخروج هستید.» اما گفتگوی تلفنی دو مامور در آنجا از جمله زنی که رضوی نام دارد شنیده می‌شود که می‌گوید «والدین فلانی اینجا هستند ولی دلیل اصلی را نگو.»

اگر یادتان باشد دو‌ماه پیش قاضی‌زاده‌ی هاشمی - وزیر سابقی که از ورود به کانادا به مدت سه سال منع شده است - گفت پس از برگشت به ایران تلافی خواهند کرد. خدمت وزیر محترم مهاجرت و وزیر محترم امنیت عمومی کانادا می‌گویم اگر هزینه‌ی اخراج تمام عوامل جمهوری اسلامی تنبیه خودسرانه‌ی اعضای خانواده‌های فعالین ایرانی‌ست من حاضرم چنین هزینه‌ای را بپردازم. اخراج‌شان کنید و امنیت را به این کشور برگردانید.

دیگر این‌که والدین من مسوول فعالیت‌های من نیستند و به خوبی می‌دانند هیچ تهدید و اقدامی مانع من در ادامه‌ی راهی که می‌روم نخواهد شد. خطاب من به جمهوری اسلامی‌ست. ممکن است بخواهید من و پدر و مادرم را از دیدار یکدیگر محروم کنید و یا نگذارید مادر ۷۳ ساله‌ی من چون سنت هر ساله به مزار عروس و نوه‌ی نه ساله‌اش که به دست شما به قتل رسیده‌اند سر بزند و در مراسم سالگرد آن‌ها شرکت کند اما شک ندارم به جای مادر من ده‌ها نفر دیگر در تورنتو چنین خواهند کرد و مادرم در خود ایران و در میان خانواده‌ی بزرگ بازماندگان پرواز و مردم ایران این روز را گرامی خواهد داشت.

حسرت شنیدن یک آخ را بر دل شما می‌گذاریم و منتظر رسیدن روز محاکمه‌تان می‌مانیم. ما نه فراموش می‌کنیم و نه می‌بخشیم.

Association’s representatives met with the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Mr. @AndriyKostinUa and the Honorable Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada, Ms. @kovaliv_y.

In this meeting, they discussed the necessity of criminal prosecution of the downing of flight PS752 in the Ukrainian judicial system, so that the case, which has been on hold after the brutal Russian attack on Ukraine, can be pursued with more determination.
