@RoyalMailHelp I've just had a buyer tell me about the parcel that was supposed to be delivered today. The delivery person stopped outside the property and then drove away. Customer then received an email saying the parcel was being retunred to sender Why didn't it get left?

@VeoliaUKHelp I have, after 2 hours, managed to 'talk' to someone on the website, and they have cancelled any forthcoming lifts, but nobody has contacted me about the contract cancellation, and bin collections. This is very frustrating
