@British_Airways Appreciate there is a policy, these were business class flights which I had to, was happy to pay the cancellation fee of £70. But losing over £200 for the seats just seems a bit inconsiderate, but expect nothing more from a second rate airline these days. Happy Easter

@British_Airways cancelled flights on 26th &27th May. Claim submitted, still no response. How do I escalate this? Ridiculous service from what is meant be be a leading airline.
