Thank you for your patience, and we hope to see you in 17 months in State College!
It is with great disappointment that, in consultation with Penn State and the SOC, we have decided to once again postpone the First Penn State SETI Symposium, this time until June 27–30, 2022.
We would like the symposium to be in-person, and though we are hopeful that Penn State would allow us to hold it on time, we appreciate that many of our potential participants cannot commit to attending given the uncertainty in the COVID-19 situation and vaccine distributions.
The new dates for the First Penn State SETI Symposium: June 21–24, 2021. Please mark your calendars!
Pre-registration is still open: https://t.co/jaH1lUnn1K
This #SETI symposium will
* cater to junior researchers
* offer substantial travel support, and
* feature tutorials and workshops to get you up to speed
so please pre-register even if you don't have funds to attend or haven't worked in the field before!
