Rendering service to humanity is my drive. I am passionate about adding value to humanity and achieving a sustainable environment, and doing these projects are life fulfilling for me."
@Jnwams1 has taken action to contribute to a healthier environment in his community.
I intend to do more projects. I plan on visiting schools for climate sensitization, plastic pollution and tree planting. This is my way of contributing to a healthy and sustainable environment.
I like giving what I have to other people even though it's little.
While the Menstrual Hygiene sensitization project took place at Rumuola Community, Port Harcourt. There, I addressed the need for women to be cared for, urged the government to reduce the cost of pads or better still share free pads to underserved communities.
In the course of the project, I sensitised over 500 people on environmental pollution and climate change, teamed up with other volunteers on a clean up exercise in the park and bagged more than 20 bags of waste.
This is part of the reason I became a Grassroots Development Champion at DO.
For this year, I have carried out 2 projects and they are : Menstrual Hygiene and Clean Up Exercise.
I executed the "Clean Up" project at Abali Park, Mile 1 Port Harcourt.
In my efforts to contribute to a sustainable environment, I founded Center for Sustainable Development Initiative (CENSDI), published two (2) articles on environment, and have volunteered for countless nonprofit organizations. I am also very passionate about youth development.
