تقریب میں پی پی پی ضلع جنوبی کے تمام عہدیداران اور کارکنان نے بڑی تعداد میں شرکت کی اور شہداء کے درجات کی بلندی کے لیے فاتحہ خوانی کی۔

شرکاء نے عہد کیا کہ وہ شہداء کی قربانیوں کو ہمیشہ یاد رکھیں گے اور جمہوریت کے لیے جدوجہد کو جاری رکھیں گے۔

Forty-three years ago today, in Khairpur Nathan Shah, eleven unarmed MRD workers gave their lives for one demand: that power belongs to the people.

They carried no weapons. They refused to bow.

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, writing in 1983 when the night seemed endless, said it best:
"This long night of oppression cannot last indefinitely. The people cannot be crushed under boots forever. One day the banner of revolt will be raised. Whatever the cost of freedom, the people of Pakistan will pay it with their blood. We shall succeed."

After four decades we still remember them as real heroes of MRD.

President of PSF SZABUL Unit, Safiullah Veesar, led a warm welcome visit to the new batch 2026 classes of the Law, Criminology, and BBA departments at SZABUL, introducing the PSF manifesto to incoming students and reaffirming the Federation’s commitment to student rights, unity, and the ideals of the PPP. He conveyed the message of #PPP Chairman @BBhuttoZardari to the students, encouraging them to join the struggle for a progressive, democratic Pakistan. Welcome cards were also distributed among the new students on this occasion.

Vice President Syeda Zehra Shah and active member Fatima Bango motivated the girl students, invoking the legacy of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and her struggle for women’s empowerment and political participation.

HISTORIC FIRST IN PSF HISTORY

People's students federation Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law Clifton Karachi Unit has taken a historic initiative by establishing dedicated student societies within the unit — a first-of-its-kind step in the history of the Peoples Students Federation (PSF).

Inspired by leading international universities such as the University of Oxford, where student societies develop leadership, professional skills and intellectual engagement, PSF SZABUL Unit is bringing this approach to student politics.

Societies Established;

Moot Court Society:
Promoting advocacy, legal research, courtroom skills and professional development.

Media Society:
Developing skills in journalism, digital media, communication, content creation and political communication.

Editorial Board:
Encouraging research, writing, critical thinking, academic expression and student publications.

The 5th of July is forever stained by the memory of the darkest night in Pakistan’s history.

On this day in 1977, General Zia-ul-Haq overthrew the democratically elected government of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Shaheed through a military coup.

suspended the 1973 Constitution and trampled upon the people’s rights.

Bhutto Shaheed gave Pakistan its Constitution and dedicated his life to democracy and the rights of the common man.

His vision continues to guide us. We must ensure such a dark night never comes again.
