The #PikesPeakRD is performing road construction work on a segment of Mount Herman Road. This work will take place on NFS Road 320 and will close 5.2 miles of the road.

To prioritize public safety, Turquoise Lake Road (CR 4) has been closed from the Abe Lee parking turnoff to Hagerman Pass. Access to Turquoise Lake is still available via CR 9C and CR 9 to the Hagerman Pass intersection. The Abe Lee fishing site is still accessible from CR 4.

Crews are actively responding to the #BearCreekFire. Here is the most recent update on the status of the fire. 100% containment is expected by 5:00 p.m. today.

Recreational target shooting restrictions are in effect on the South Platte, South Park and Pikes Peak ranger districts of the PSICC in support of the emergency Stage 1 Fire Restriction order.
