ਆਮ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ, ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਜਨਤਕ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਤੋਂ 30 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਮੰਗੀ ਗਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ���ੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਜਾਂ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ 48 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
