परमानेंट डिस्कनेक्शन ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करने के बाद भी बिल क्यों भेजा गया और डिस्कनेक्शन क्यों नहीं किया गया । ये एक अच्छे उपभोक्ता (जो समय से अपने ��ारे बिल जमा करता था) उसके साथ धोखा है।
