Today Shihan Alwyn Heath 7th Dan and Sensei Garry Haines 3rd Dan held a fighting seminar with emphasis on correct technique, body conditioning and kicking and punching drills. Everyone worked hard both mentally and physically #kyokushinkarate
Today, after 2 years of pandemic restrictions,we were finally able to hold a small competition for our junior karateka. For most of the children it was their first time fighting with rules and referees. Every competitor tried their best with good attitude. Well done!
