Last week, Natalie Svilarich was recognized by Hy-Vee & the Kansas City Chiefs as the KS recipient of Teacher Appreciation for her outstanding work at PSMS. Mrs. S received a surprise visit from Hy-Vee & the Chiefs and received 2 VIP tickets to a Chiefs game! Congrats Mrs. S!

The Panthers' seventh graders are showcasing their creativity and teamwork! Over the past week, these talented artists have been working together to bring a student-designed concept to life on a City of Leawood snowplow. 🎨☃️🤩

Skilling’s design, voted on by his @PSMSBV classmates, became the foundation of this project. From sketching in pencil to applying vibrant colors of paint, they've transformed this essential vehicle into a rolling work of art. 🖌️🌟❄️

Huge congratulations to Caleb Perrigo for breaking the PSMS 8th grade boys school record at last night's cross country meet! Caleb ran a 12:07.70 two-mile - Wow!!!
Day 5 of the 2024-2025 school year and we have over 200 students participating in our fall play, athletics, and clubs! Awesome to see these Panthers doing what they love or trying something new!

Congrats to Jadyn Wooten (@WootenJadyn) of Blue Valley, the 2024 DiRenna Award winner!
Wooten averaged 19 ppg, 7.3 reb, 6.4 asssits and 2.3 steals. Wooten has collected the Kansas Gatorade Player of the Year and Kansas 6A first-team twice, and will play at Oklahoma State!
Each year, an honoree is selected out of seven finalists from across Kansas for the prestigious honor, given to the state’s top music educator.
