About 5.15pm on Saturday 28 March 2026, we received a report of a theft at a property in the Mid Street area of Lochgelly.

A 47-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident and will be appearing from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court

Officers are treating a fire at the playpark near to Leuchatsbeath Drive as deliberate. SFRS were called to the scene at around 3.30am this morning (26 January). There were no injuries.
