Following investigations a 14-year-old child was charged with (x7) assaults by spitting in the Newkirkgate & Newhaven areas over the Easter Holidays. A report has been submitted to the appropriate authorities.

Excellent work by (Leith) Team 3 response this evening supported by local community officers. One vehicle seized after being seen to drive in a dangerous manner. Driver charged and being reported to the PF.

Leith CPT & North East Support Team #NEST Special Constables arrested a male at the weekend who had breached their court issued non harassment order.
He was then held in custody pending a court appearance, following which he received a 6-month prison sentence.

During a vehicle stop for exceeding the speed limit. The following offences were detected.

•Following a positive roadside drug wipe, the driver was arrested and blood samples have been taken for analysis.
