Boris Kalisky, PSSI´s Director of Operation has contributed to the session The Role of Civil Society in Addressing Sanctions Evasion at the conference CRIMINALIZATION OF SANCTION EVASION organised by CEELI Institute.

Napětí mezi Ruskem a Západem vzrostlo po využití balistické rakety. Dr. Jana Robinson, výkonná ředitelka PSSI, uvedla, že tento krok měl zastrašit Ukrajinu a NATO, ale je nepravděpodobné, že by změnil stav války. Podle Robinson jde o nevhodný vojenský krok, který neodpovídá povaze konfliktu. Ukrajina a NATO by měli zůstat klidní a vnímat to jako vydírání s cílem vyjednat pro Kreml výhodnější urovnání.

Výkonná ředitelka PSSI, Dr. Jana Robinson, uvedla pro @EuroZpravycz , že Bidenova administrativa pravděpodobně povolila omezené použití střel ATACMS, aby si udržela věrohodnost vzhledem k situaci v Kurské oblasti a ztrátám ukrajinského území.
Je podle ní ale velmi nepravděpodobné, že by Rusko použilo taktické nebo bojové jaderné zbraně proti Ukrajině, vzhledem k politickým a ekonomickým důsledkům.
