Per @PSUMatt2005, both Penn State and BYU are working hard to finalize a contract with Kalani Sitake. The wind seems to be blowing harder in one direction, but it's hard to say which at this point.

A decision is expected at some point in the future.

I was at Penn State this week for a journalism event, and talked with several students who work in the athletic department. That was my biggest takeaway. this transition impacts a LOT of people and many folks at PSU are still reeling from this emotionally. Franklin was popular!
