@b98_christian @mueller_fe @muenchen @BayStMI Danke auch für die Mühe! Heißt das, daß es überhaupt keine Regel im BayIfSMV gibt, wonach Fitnessstudios innen öffnen dürfen? Ich lese dort ab Inzidenz von 100 und mehr komplett verboten, darunter nur außen erlaubt. Wo ist da eine Perspektive?

@b98_christian @mueller_fe Ein Fitnessstudio ist eben auch kontaktfreier Sport. Das Erste wird mit § 11 Abs. 5 momentan nur aussen gewährt, das Zweite aber mit § 27 Abs. 1 nach Übereinkunft zw.
