For climate-vulnerable peoples from Tuvalu to Texas and everywhere in between — 1% is a gut-punch. For many of us, it will take a drop of 45% (or more) by 2030 to survive.

We need more drastic cuts from countries like the USA, China and Australia, and we need them now.
