It must be tough being MAGA right now, because I can’t think of a single major promise Trump have that he hasn’t failed on or fully ignored since taking office:

1) “No more sending US troops overseas”

-Bombs Iran, sends troops to Gaza, bombs Venezuela.

2) “America First”

-Bails out Argentina, brings in Venezuelan refugees, pays for Israel to get fighter jets.

3) “Only deporting criminals”

-Deports neighbors and legal workers, and arrests people for looking Hispanic

4) “War on drugs”

-Pardons Honduran President who flooded US with cocaine.

5) “Will beat China on tech”

-Sells China high end restricted chips

6) “Will cut our budget”

-Big Beautiful Bill raised spending more than ever.

7) “Doge will cut waste”

-Cut 0.02%, prosecuted no fraud, has to rehire more than 1/3rd of layoffs as they were essential

8) “We’ll lower grocery and gas prices day one”

-They’ve gone up.

9) “Will instate a Bitcoin reserve day one!”

-None.

10) “Will end the war in Ukraine day one”

-Hasn’t.

11) “Will lower your taxes”

-Under $400k your taxes are flat or went up.

12) “Will replace ObamaCare with something that works!”

-ObamaCare subsidies are gone, no new proposal for replacement.

13) “Won’t support communism”

-Takes government stake in private businesses.

14) “No corruption”

-Son in law is on the board of two company acquisitions directly over seen by Trump.
-Trump pardons crypto exchange owner that he doesn’t seem to know after he buys Trump memecoin.

15) “Will release the Epstein files”

-Called it a hoax
-DoJ partially released and is obstructing

16) “Will investigate COVID committee”

-Hasn’t.

17) “Will investigate Jan 6th committee”

-Hasn’t.

18) “Will cut drug costs by 600%!”

-Hasn’t cut them at all, never mind the impossible amount.

19) “Will audit the gold in Fort Knox”

-Hasn’t.

20) “Will weed out corrupt officials”

-Took donations from oil companies before going into Venezuela.

-Let private companies sponsor the ballroom for access to him.

-Expanded Planatir access to government agencies giving them more of our data.

American courts have repeatedly said it is the wording of a law that matters, not the intention, because you should be able to read the law and know what it means.
