@AmericanAir After we land in Boston to connect, we immediately learn that our connecting flight (scheduled 3 hours later) is already delay another hour. This is far from unsurprising given that any time that I fly @AmericanAir there is always a delay.

@AmericanAir We eventually touch down and head to baggage claim, only to learn 8 other flights are also using that same baggage claim. Admittedly I don’t know if that’s the airport’s fault but have to assume the ineptitude lies with @AmericanAir given the above…

@AmericanAir We finally take off to Charlotte and have a relatively smooth flight up until it was time to land. As we approached earth, the plane violently jerked up and flew around the city for another 15 minutes. Why not!
