Legendary captains of World cricket are proving they are champions on & off the field. Their voices matter! There is growing concern about the health of Imran Khan in prison. IK must be treated humanely &should receive proper medical care as mandated by SC order #ReleaseImranKhan
Huge appreciation to Imran Khan’s sons, Kasim @Kasim_Khan_1999 and Sulaiman, for stepping up and giving these interviews. They’re using their voice to raise global awareness about their father’s human rights and health situation — and clearly it’s rattling Pakistan’s military establishment, given how quickly the attacks on them started. Keep going, you’re doing the right thing.

Extremely thankful to International Media, cricket captains & human rights activists for raising voice against Torture on Imran Khan.
Here is the another big development as @SkySports airs this 18 mins interview of @Kasim_Khan_1999 & Sulaiman Khan with @Athersmike on how IK’s human rights are being violated blatantly in Pakistan by Asim Munir and Team!
Imran Khan’s sons, @Kasim_Khan_1999 and Sulaiman, said in their interview with @Athersmike on @SkySportsNews that they have not spoken to their father since March.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan ordered the regime last week to allow Imran Khan to speak with his sons by phone twice a week. This directive followed multiple other court orders that the regime continues to flout with impunity.

One World Cup. Two universities. Three cancer hospitals. Thirty years of political struggle and family sacrifice. Four bullets. Three years in jail. No crime. Still standing. One man. One eye. One mission. Zero surrender.
Imran Ahmed Khan Niazi, what a man. No one can be like you. ❤️

🇵🇰 Former PM Imran Khan’s sons say they’re genuinely scared they could lose their father in prison.
Kasim and Sulaiman spoke to Sky Sports at Lord’s, with their father’s portrait hanging right behind them. They haven’t seen him since 2022 and haven’t even spoken to him since March.
And what they’re describing is brutal.
They say he now spends more than 23 hours a day alone in a small cell, has lost 80% of the vision in one eye and is struggling with his health.
Kasim: “They are just blatantly trying to kill him in there.”
Even after the Supreme Court ordered him moved to a private hospital, his sons say he was taken to a government facility for a few hours and then sent straight back to jail.
The government of course denies mistreating him and says he has food, books, TV and space to exercise.
And here’s where it gets even more frustrating. After his sons spoke about all of this, the Pakistan Cricket Board complained to Sky over the interview.
Forget the politics for a second. These are two sons who just want to see their dad, talk to him and know if he’s okay.

“The most intense and harsh prison conditions I’ve seen in my 25-year career.”
International human rights lawyer @JaredGenser told @CNN that the torturous solitary confinement and isolation of former Prime Minister Imran Khan is part of a deliberate strategy by the Pakistani regime to “crush his spirit or break him psychologically.”
