In trauma recovery we gotta get used to saying to ourselves, "Yeah, I don't like what I just did-- but I'm NOT gonna attack or abandon myself over it."
We DON'T have to love everything we think, feel, or do-- but we DO have to have our own back & be on our own side.
You can help reduce the stigma around #PTSD by talking about it. If a friend or family member is experiencing PTSD, here are some ways you can help: https://t.co/PfOU1nirPu
6/6 If you found this thread informative, please consider retweeting or sharing to raise awareness about PTSD and its impact on individuals' lives. Together, let's foster understanding, compassion, and support for those affected by PTSD. 🌟 #PTSDAwareness#SupportMatters
