BREAKING: Ivanka Trump gets caught in the blast radius of her father's disastrous $355 million civil fraud defeat as Judge Arthur Engoran brutally rips into her for her behavior during the trial.

She thought that she had slithered off the hook, but the judge said that she "consistently denied recalling the contents of documentary evidence that confirmed that she actively participated in events, even after she was confronted with the evidence."

Of course, claiming memory problems is the most common tactic employed by guilty parties who wish to avoid perjuring themselves under oath. The court can't prove that a person is lying if they claim not to remember something.

"The Court found her inconsistent recall, depending on whether she was questioned by OAG or the defense, suspect," Engoron went on. "In any event, what Ms. Trump cannot recall is memorialized in contemporaneous emails and documents; in the absence of her memory, the documents speak for themselves."

In other words, it appears that Ivanka was just as guilty as her brothers and her father, but because she conducted herself a little more carefully she was able to avoid any fines in this particular case.

That said, if she is as crooked as the judge is clearly implying it's only a matter of time before she gets caught red-handed in some form of fraud or another...

BREAKING: Donald Trump's historic losing streak worsens as the federal appeals court in D.C. declines to rehear arguments over the standing gag order preventing Trump from smearing witnesses and court staff in the special counsel's January 6th case.

But it gets even better...

The gag order — which was placed on Trump by Judge Tanya Chutkan last year — has been a weight around the ex-president's neck. He relies on his ability to rant and lie to his followers to keep his political career afloat. That's been denied to him.

Better yet, not a single of the 11 judges from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals dissented with the decision to uphold the gag order. Clearly, Trump's lawyers failed to make a compelling argument.

Now, the only option left is for Trump to appeal directly to the Supreme Court...

BREAKING: Donald Trump gets hit with bizarre bad news as it's revealed that the hideous 16-foot clock he has outside of Trump Tower in New York City was erected without the city's permission — and now they're coming knocking.

The large black and gold clock — which has the last name Trump emblazoned on all four sides — was put in twelve years ago but Trump and his minions never bothered to get the proper permit.

City officials are now demanding a fee for the clock to remain in place. Last month, New York City’s Department of Transportation wrote that the clock and other "structures continue to be encroachments on the public right of way and are subject to enforcement."

A paltry fee is not enough. Donald Trump always acts as if he is completely above the law. New York should tear the clock out and force him to pay for the removal.
