@DTDCIndia My shipment M1002493095 was marked DELIVERED, but I never received it. No one contacted me, and my society has no record of delivery. I have raised 3 complaint tickets, but the issue remains unresolved. Please investigate!

My customer care experience was equally disappointing. The representative rudely told me, "When I am talking, you shouldn't be talking." I raised a formal complaint but have received only automated acknowledgements, not a proper response.
