A #Physio once told me that #rowing (as it's all about #technique not #speed) Is great #rehab for #MovementDisorders. Keeping #controlled & slow movement. :)

Awesome today rowing (training). Coach came up with an aim for me to work towards to to get in a fine (non-adaptive) boat by next racing season. Really hope it is achieved!
