So I "educated myself" as suggested and end up as #GenderCritical! It's clear that demands of TRA and #WomensRights are incompatible! I'll defend girls & women!
Girls and women are forced to fight for very basic rights all over again in countries with #selfID law: any man can enter women's single-sex spaces.
#Trans priveledges and #WomensRights are incompatible!
@ThePosieParker inspire us to defend our spaces:

At the NCAA swim finals Kellie Jay Keen takes on transgender activist who lived nearly 50 years as a man, fathered three children, and now says âIâm a mother.â
@ziltam@jk_rowling Liz, you're being dishonest.
JK has not ever been "opposing trans rights", she is defending #womensrights!
More accurate posting would have been the conflict of views on defending women's rights between two feminists... but of course it's not #clickbait.
I'm seeing quite a bit of comment about this, so I want to make a couple of points.
I'm not owed eternal agreement from any actor who once played a character I created. The idea is as ludicrous as me checking with the boss I had when I was twenty-one for what opinions I should hold these days.
Emma Watson and her co-stars have every right to embrace gender identity ideology. Such beliefs are legally protected, and I wouldn't want to see any of them threatened with loss of work, or violence, or death, because of them.
However, Emma and Dan in particular have both made it clear over the last few years that they think our former professional association gives them a particular right - nay, obligation - to critique me and my views in public. Years after they finished acting in Potter, they continue to assume the role of de facto spokespeople for the world I created.
When you've known people since they were ten years old it's hard to shake a certain protectiveness. Until quite recently, I hadn't managed to throw off the memory of children who needed to be gently coaxed through their dialogue in a big scary film studio. For the past few years, I've repeatedly declined invitations from journalists to comment on Emma specifically, most notably on the Witch Trials of JK Rowling. Ironically, I told the producers that I didn't want her to be hounded as the result of anything I said.
The television presenter in the attached clip highlights Emma's 'all witches' speech, and in truth, that was a turning point for me, but it had a postscript that hurt far more than the speech itself. Emma asked someone to pass on a handwritten note from her to me, which contained the single sentence 'I'm so sorry for what you're going through' (she has my phone number). This was back when the death, rape and torture threats against me were at their peak, at a time when my personal security measures had had to be tightened considerably and I was constantly worried for my family's safety. Emma had just publicly poured more petrol on the flames, yet thought a one line expression of concern from her would reassure me of her fundamental sympathy and kindness.
Like other people who've never experienced adult life uncushioned by wealth and fame, Emma has so little experience of real life she's ignorant of how ignorant she is. She'll never need a homeless shelter. She's never going to be placed on a mixed sex public hospital ward. I'd be astounded if she's been in a high street changing room since childhood. Her 'public bathroom' is single occupancy and comes with a security man standing guard outside the door. Has she had to strip off in a newly mixed-sex changing room at a council-run swimming pool? Is she ever likely to need a state-run rape crisis centre that refuses to guarantee an all-female service? To find herself sharing a prison cell with a male rapist who's identified into the women's prison?
I wasn't a multimillionaire at fourteen. I lived in poverty while writing the book that made Emma famous. I therefore understand from my own life experience what the trashing of women's rights in which Emma has so enthusiastically participated means to women and girls without her privileges.
The greatest irony here is that, had Emma not decided in her most recent interview to declare that she loves and treasures me - a change of tack I suspect she's adopted because she's noticed full-throated condemnation of me is no longer quite as fashionable as it was - I might never have been this honest.
Adults can't expect to cosy up to an activist movement that regularly calls for a friend's assassination, then assert their right to the former friend's love, as though the friend was in fact their mother. Emma is rightly free to disagree with me and indeed to discuss her feelings about me in public - but I have the same right, and I've finally decided to exercise it.
Anyone that tells you thereâs no reason for us to have separate male/females races.. is straight up lying to your face! Do not put up with it. Donât stay silent. Stand up for the next generation of young female athletes. Letâs think of their feelings & rights for a change.
Team Captain, @SiaLiilii , continues to speak even when her university failed to back her team up when they refused to play a male. True leadership. Real courage.
I've known for a while that Amnesty International has captured. The moment they put forward a communique that sex work is work, I knew they were lost.
This, however, is a new low, even for them. Those women and girls should just day they identify as male, and all will be fine, right?
The issue isnât âtransâ in female sport. Itâs males.
The issue isnât âtransâ in female spaces. Itâs males.
The issue isnât âtransâ saying theyâre lesbians. Itâs males.
Trans is the disguise for misogynistic men, a man-made concept that made sexism & voyeurism a civil right.

Puberty blockers are psychologically intoxicating. They give children with a fragile sense of self the illusion that they can halt development rather than face and manage their anxiety about transitioning from childhood to adulthood. Instead of helping them navigate the tumultuous effects of pubertyâboth physically and psychologicallyâthese drugs create the false impression that identity confusion can simply be paused.
Once a child experiences the power of medicalisation over their body, they may begin to believe that psychological turmoil can be controlled in the same way. The message becomes: If you feel challenged by something, donât face itâput a lid on it. This undermines a childâs ability to develop resilience. Instead of learning to work through difficulties, problem areas of life are removed or shut down.
This is why puberty blockers act as a gateway drug to further medicalisation on the gender-affirming conveyor belt. They are not a neutral âpause buttonâ for kids who arenât ready for puberty, as Dominic argued. Rather, they hand children control of the medical pathwayâs acceleration pedal. The manic excitement of âstopping the developmental clockâ is extremely powerful- as in âNever Landâ, where the crocodile swallows the ticking clock.
Even if the trials were ethical (which they are not), the protocols reflect a deep misunderstanding of what is truly at stake. The psychological mania that accompanies puberty blockers has a honeymoon phase, which can last some time. Meanwhile, the long-term consequences remain unknown. The real outcomesâafter years of social isolation from their developmental peer group, cognitive interference, and eventual sterilisation from cross-sex hormonesâwill only emerge five, ten, fifteen, or twenty years later.
Defenders of medical intervention often invoke the suicide argument to justify these treatments, claiming that without them, gender-dysphoric children will take their own lives. But as @ProfLAppleby has pointed out, this argument is not only unhelpfulâit is also wrong. The evidence does not support the claim that this group is more suicidal than other young people with complex psychological problems. Instead of using fear to justify experimental medical treatments, we should be asking why these children are struggling & offering them the psychological support they need.
More fundamentally, the entire approach to treating gender-dysphoric children suffers from diagnostic overshadowingâwhere one issue (gender distress) dominates the clinical picture, obscuring the childâs broader developmental needs. @Hilary_Cass has rightly argued for holistic care that considers the childâs overall development rather than locking them into a single diagnostic narrative. But when people feel anxious, they tend to narrow their thinking, seeking certainty while excluding doubt.
This is exactly what happens with children struggling with gender distress. The thinking becomes rigid: I have one problem & I know the solutionâstop my development. But anxiety about puberty has existed for as long as puberty itself. The only real difference today is that we, as a society, have lost our ability to say: We think you can manage & we are going to help you understand & work through your anxieties.
And what will these individuals say when asked how they feel about their transition? Some will say it was a terrible mistake. Some will express doubt about whether it was necessary. Others will insist they are fine. But we will never truly know how their lives would have unfolded without this intervention. We do know, however, that 95% of children with gender dysphoria desist if left alone.
By altering the course of normal development, we erase the possibility of seeing how these children might have grown & adapted. The Tavistock should have remained true to its traditionâexploring the psychological roots of gender distress through psychotherapy. @wesstreeting@Transgendertrd@genspect@CanSG_org@SexMattersOrg

On Friday, sexual predator Stephen Lee McIlvenny, 21, was sentenced in the UK to 23 years in prison on 77 counts for brutally beating and raping 3 boys. He filmed the crimes and posted monetized rape videos on P*rnhub, earning revenue for him and the site owners.
Police who discovered over 1000 images of the abuse on his devices described McIlveny as a âbrutal child predator.â
âThe sexual offences were committed by enticing each of the three victims into the defendantâs lair of depravation by a combination of lies, intimidation, bribery, coercion and exploitation,â said judge Donna McColgan.
A mother of one of the boys said, âNot only was the abuse my son suffered of a sexual nature, he was also beaten, leaving him with a bleed on the brain and if members of the public hadnât have stepped in I dread to think what would have happened. This was all to keep him quiet about the sexual abuse, terrify him into silence.â
P*rnhub provided the means for McIlveny to globally distribute the filmed rape to its millions of daily site visitors, and the profit sharing relationship with P*rnhub enabled them both to profit from the assaults.
A victimâs mother said the âsick crimesâ have had a âprofoundâ effect on her son. âThere is still very much a stigma around male victims of sexual crimes that has made him feel like he has to carry shame. This has led to severe depression and anxiety.â She urged any other victims to speak up.
Because of the dissemination on P*rnhub, the trauma of the boys has been immortalized online as the photos and videos could be recorded, downloaded, re-shared in perpetuity.
Shockingly, McIlvenny began the predatory abuse when he was only 16 indicating the dangers minors can pose to other minors and the fact that minors are accessing sites like P*rnhub.
McIlveny was not the only predator in this situation. His accomplice was P*rnhub and its executives, who have knowingly been profiting from the trauma of countless victims since 2007. In order for justice to be fully served for these victims, P*rnhub must be held accountable just like McIlveny has been.
Shut down P*rnhub, pay restitution to all victims, and put its executives behind bars.

Autogynephilia is a paraphilia in which a man is aroused by the fantasy of becoming a woman.
One subtype of autogynephilia is physiologic autogynephilia: being aroused by the fantasy of having female bodily functions such as menstruation, pregnancy, and lactation.
Therefore, autogynephilic men who "breastfeed" infants are using an innocent child as a prop in their paraphilic fantasy.
So sure, modern medicine has the capability to induce lactation in men, but no decent society would allow it.
Imagine a white man painted his skin black and told us all what it is to be black.
Imagine the justified outrage.
Mate, you donât know what it is to be a woman any more than you know what it is to be black.
I know what it is to be both but I donât have to shout about itđ
